In this type of prefabricated buildings, during the design, the building is divided into two or more portable parts and all construction steps are done in the factory and then the building is transported to the project site in several pieces and assembled there to each other in the form of bolts and nuts. The size and plan of these buildings can be designed based on desires and orders.

• Skeleton: Pillars, floor chassis, roof coil made of steel sheets in form of bent profiles
• Paint: Sandblast and then oven paints
• Ceiling: Shadowline polyurethane sandwich panel with two pre-painted galvanized sheets or aluzinc
• Walls: 40 mm thick polyurethane wall sandwich panel with two pre-painted galvanized sheets or aluzinc (based on buyer's order)
