Roof sandwich panel

What is a ceiling sandwich panel? Sandwich roof panel is a layered structure (composite) consisting of one or two layers of hard sheet on both sides and a middle layer of insulation that is compacted and produced in the factory. The ceiling panel is produced as two sheets, one sheet, one foil, one sheet, one nylon, and one sheet, one paper. Roof panel sheets can be produced in the form of shutters, pottery design, trapezoidal design and shadowline.

The roof of any structure plays an important role in the strength and resistance of that structure. Therefore, it is very important what material is used to make the roof. The resistance and waterproofness of the roof is one of the most important issues that should be considered for any roof, and the roof sandwich panel has both of these features. The structure of sandwich ceiling panels is similar to 3-layer wall panels:

The outer layer is a hard sheet made of aluzinc, galvanized or aluminum sheet. The middle layer, which is called sandwich panel insulation layer, is made of polyurethane foam, EPS foam, or glass wool or stone wool insulation. The outer layer of the other side, which can be made of aluzinc, galvanized, aluminum or foil, nylon, paper or plaster.

The roof sandwich panel (3 steps and 5 steps) is produced with trapezoidal steps and overlips to prevent water from entering the roof. The waterproofness of the roof is one of the most important issues that should be paid special attention to. If you use these sandwich panels, you can easily seal the roof.
